Another no news day...I worked today. I did get my work out done this evening...400 Crunches and 30 Minutes on the treadmill. Maggie has a friend over to spend the night. My head hurts like crazy, I'm guessing it's the cold front coming in...annoying really...getting a headache every time the weather changes. I'll do more tomorrow...tonight I'm ready for bed.
