Done...again!

I know this is getting old, but hey! I need the accountability. Done for the day. After a long day at work I came home and:
400~Crunches
12Minutes~Ellliptical
30Minutes~Treadmill
20Minutes~Upper Body Strength Training

Phew!! Glad it's done!
